Things to know
OxyPay customers need to:
- Be 18 years or older
- Australian resident and residing in Australia
- Owner of the property the funds are being used for
- Credit score of 650 or above
- No bankruptcies, financial defaults, judgements, writs or summons
- Have a signed Real Estate Property Management agreement with one of our channel partners
OxyPay will pay your Agent directly for the items that will help maintain your property. They can range from:
- Repairs (e.g. handyman to fix a cupboard door or hang a mirror)
- Expenses (e.g. Strata Fees, Sinking Fund, Water)
- Appliance replacement (ie new hot water heater)
- Minor renovation (ie replace rotting decking)
- A monthly fee of 1% applies to your loan amount.
- Repay your account balance over 12 months with payment netted from your Property Management remittance.
- Your contract start date is the date of your funds transfer to your real estate agent, not the date when your application is approved.
- If you want to repay early, you can repay OxyPay at any time throughout the term by paying the principle outstanding. There are no early repayment penalties.
